Registration for Wellness Weekend at the Lake 2025 closes Monday, June 30, 2025. Spaces are limited.

Wellness Weekend at the Lake registration includes access (for one person) to all events, guaranteed seating at all eight expert presentations, all meals, access to on-campus wellness resources including yoga sessions, and a Wellness Swag Bag.

Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC) – 59 Miles (1 hour, 15 minutes).

Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR) – 76 Miles (1 hour, 22 minutes).

On-campus accommodations are available in a residence hall. All rooms include air conditioning and complimentary WiFi.

There are two shared hallway bathrooms located on each floor. Each of the two bathrooms contains multiple stalls, showers, and sinks.

A single room has (1) twin bed – $104.50/Night
A double room has (2) twin beds – $154.50/Night
A triple room has (3) twin beds – $204.50/Night

Sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, washcloths, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, and complimentary parking.

The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. Attendees are responsible for their own accommodations and travel costs. Please check the event site for hotel information. Attendees have the option of registering for overnight accommodations on campus in one of Keuka College’s residence halls. There will be an option to register for College accommodations when registering for the event.

In addition to our on campus overnight accommodations in our residence halls, we have room blocks at three hotels in downtown Penn Yan (5 miles from the college).

Guests are responsible for booking and paying for their own reservations. Discounted rates are available until the blocks are filled. Once the blocks are filled, it is up to each hotel’s discretion to honor a discounted rate.

There is no specific dress requirement. Dress for comfort! But please keep in mind that events are planned for both indoors and out, so we encourage you to dress in a way that will ensure you’re comfortable in either setting.

Any cancellations 90 days out are eligible for a full refund; 60 days out, a 50% refund; and within 60 days, registration is non-refundable.

Refund requests should be submitted in writing to wellnessweekend@keuka.edu.  Please put your confirmation number and name in the title of the email.
